The Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM), which brings together over 2000 French and international members, hosted a conference on the topic of "Parody and Intellectual Property."

On this occasion, Pierre Favilli, Deputy Managing Director of LEGIMARK, presented the risks related to the use of third-party trademarks in the context of parodies, pastiches, references, critiques, or allusions.
This was all done in the presence of prestigious speakers: Professor Valérie Laure Benabou, Mr. Julien Canlorbe, and Mr. Cedric Manara.
