Summary:
"The work 'Intellectual Property: Practical Perspectives and Prospective Challenges' celebrates the thirtieth anniversary of the Intellectual Property Code, thus marking three decades of substantial developments in this vital field at the intersection of law, economics, and technology.
This collection of over a hundred contributions from industry specialists, including institutional actors, lawyers, industrial property attorneys, as well as in-house counsel and academics, forms a mosaic of visions that offer practical and prospective insights and analyses on intellectual property.
This white paper adopts an innovative structure, combining written articles and audio elements in the form of podcasts, to explore the impacts of technological and regulatory developments on professional practices and legal strategies in the field.
It begins with an examination of the transversal movements influencing all intellectual property rights, highlighting in particular the changes in professions related to this sector.
The remainder of the work is structured according to the divisions of the Intellectual Property Code, with particular attention paid to rights related to literary and artistic property, followed by those concerning industrial property.
A living, concrete, and practical field of law, intellectual property is thus highlighted by its leading specialists. This work is intended for everyone: legal professionals, students, and curious observers eager to grasp the major challenges of intellectual property in today's world."
