Lynda joined LEGIMARK in 2015, after obtaining her master’s degree in ‘Innovation and Management of Intellectual Property’.

She is involved in putting rights protection strategies into practice, fully mastering the legal and administrative subtleties involved in international deployment.

Lynda has extensive expertise in Internet-related issues, helping to defend our clients’ rights by monitoring domain names and online content and initiating the relevant litigation (PARL, SYRELI, UDRP, etc.).

She has a particular interest in the finance and real estate sectors, as well as the energy, pharmaceutical and aeronautical industries.

Her working languages are French and English.

Lynda is a member of APRAM.
