Intellectual property attorney, European trademark and design attorney

Pierre joined LEGIMARK in 2024 after gaining experience at the French PTO (opposition department), at the IP Direction of the Group Pernod Ricard, and another prestigious Parisian law firm.

He has worked with several large French companies in multiple sectors (particularly luxury, wines and spirits, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, banks and insurance).

At LEGIMARK, he channels all his expertise into protecting, valuing and defending our clients’ rights, in France and internationally.

Pierre has two masters in intellectual property law, one from the University of Toulouse Capitole (Toulouse, France) and another from the University of Carlos III (Madrid, Spain). Thus, he works in English, French and Spanish.

He is well versed in several topical issues relating to intellectual property thanks to his university teachings and research.

Pierre is a lecturer in the IP Master’s programme at the University of Toulouse Capitole and co-director of the Diploma in Creation, Innovation and New Technologies Law.

Pierre attends many intellectual property events and has written numerous articles in specialized journals and books. He is also a member of the Scientific Committee of the prestigious “Revue Lamy – Droit de l’Immatériel”.

He is also involved in associations and representative bodies as:

  • Co-chair of the Artificial Intelligence Commission of the National Company of Industrial Property Attorneys – CNCPI;
  • Co-chairman of the Culture Committee of the Trademark and Design Attorneys Association – APRAM;
  • Member of the International Trademark Association – INTA
  • Professional leader of the IP Research Team at the University of Toulouse Capitole.
